About the position

The National Phlebotomy Provider Network is seeking a Sales & Business Development Representative (SDR) to lead healthcare enterprise lead generation and oversee digital marketing execution. This role involves close collaboration with executive leadership to prospect and qualify healthcare leads, ultimately aiming to improve the quality of care provided by health systems. The position is mission-driven, focusing on closing care gaps in healthcare and enhancing patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Prospecting health systems key executives.
  • Work with the VP of Sales and Head of Marketing to evaluate key decision-makers and build target lists.
  • Extract lead information using prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo.
  • Keep up to date with key account news and industry developments.
  • Execute outreach campaigns on LinkedIn, direct email, social media, and phone.
  • Execute high volume outreach campaigns through tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo Copilot, and Outreach.io.
  • Keep leads engaged through multiple channels and touchpoints, building rapport and trust.
  • Qualify and secure appointments for the Account Executive.
  • Manage CRM data, ensuring accurate activity, contact, and account information.
  • Collaborate with marketing and service teams to provide feedback on messaging.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years in outbound-focused sales in a healthcare setting.
  • Strong written communication, phone, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and create compelling content for email campaigns.
  • Adept at investigation and research with strong time management skills.
  • Experience with CRM use, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other channel development tools.

Benefits
