About the position

The Heat Press Operator at Delaware North Sportservice is a seasonal role responsible for applying logos, names, and numbers to jerseys and other apparel using a Hotronix Heat Press Machine. This position requires attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, ensuring high-quality production and maintaining a clean workspace.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a clean organized work area
• Assist in the development of new procedures to improve accuracy and quality of products
• Oversee quality control by inspecting finished products for defects or inconsistencies
• Use a Heat Press Machine to apply pre-cut numbers, letters, and graphics to garments
• Ensure an accurate inventory of materials and supplies

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Minimum of 1 year of related experience preferred
• Must be able to follow basic safety procedures and precautions
• Basic math and counting skills required
• No high school diploma or GED required
