The Helpdesk Engineer position is a full-time role based in Smyrna, GA, focused on providing IT support and assistance. Responsibilities

  • Provide IT support for hardware and software issues.
  • Manage and resolve helpdesk tickets from levels 1-3.
  • Communicate effectively with users in both Spanish and English.
  • Assist users via phone support for the Helpdesk portal.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in an IT Support/Helpdesk Engineering role.
  • Knowledge of both hardware and software support.
  • Experience with levels 1-3 of helpdesk tickets.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Phone support abilities for Helpdesk portal.

Nice-to-haves

  • Ability to commute to the office daily in Smyrna, GA.
  • Strong coaching/mentoring ability.
  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or a similar educational background.
  • Experience working for internal IT organizations.
  • Any server experience is a plus.
