About the position
The position involves performing high complexity histocompatibility testing and related functions, including molecular typing, antibody monitoring, and flow cytometry. Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in chemical, physical, biological, or clinical laboratory science from an accredited college or university.
- Certification as a Medical Laboratory Scientist by ASCP or equivalent organization, or Histocompatibility Technologist by ABHI, or obtain certification within 18 months of employment.

- Theoretical or conceptual understanding of techniques, methods, and instrumentation utilized in the modern clinical laboratory.
