The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) position at Hospice of Marion County-Crisis Care involves providing professional nursing services as part of an interdisciplinary care team. Responsibilities
- Deliver professional and courteous nursing services as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.
- Supervise and teach medication administration and record-keeping by family or caregivers.
- Communicate daily schedules and report patient changes to the RN Clinical Manager (RNCM) or Primary Nurse.
Requirements
- Completion of a Practical Nurse Program.
- Florida LPN license required.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR certification required.
- Valid Florida driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation needed.
