Requirements

• Valid Home Health Aide Certification
• Current Driver's License with a clean driving record
• Reliable vehicle for work-related travel
• CPR certification (Healthcare Provider)
• Experience in Home Health and/or Hospice care preferred
• Understanding of hospice philosophy and issues related to death and dying

Nice To Haves

• Experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
• Willingness to travel 100%

Responsibilities
