Responsibilities

• Help client with personal hygiene, dressing, bathing, and other daily tasks.
• Assist with daily activities including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
• Assist with medications as needed.
• Perform basic health care services for patients.
• Make transportation arrangements as needed.
• Observe and report on patient's condition.
• Assist client with transferring or repositioning, including walking, ambulation, and exercise.

Requirements

• Experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role.
• Ability to assist clients with personal care and daily living activities.
• Strong communication and observation skills.
