Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repair tasks on single-family rental homes.
• Prepare homes for new rental tenants, including painting and drywall work.
• Install flooring and conduct yard work as needed.
• Handle minor plumbing and electrical repairs.
• Ensure properties are clean and ready for new tenants.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation to travel between properties in Anderson, Noblesville, Fishers, and Carmel, Indiana.
• Own tools necessary to perform maintenance and repair tasks.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
