About the position

The Homologation Specialist plays a crucial role in the automotive manufacturing environment, ensuring that both manufacturer and company goals are met. This position involves coordinating resources, performing parts checks, and collaborating with various departments to ensure compliance with quality management standards.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate resources to meet and exceed manufacturers and company goals.
  • Perform a 'Dry Run' to ensure successful capture of pictures for the day of build.
  • Capture Lessons Learned and update training documents as required.
  • Complete all required Homologation Parts Checks, including preparation vehicle steering checks.
  • Review and provide feedback on checklists to Engineering.
  • Preview Band Section and Part access during installation.
  • Execute Physical Parts Check as per requirements.
  • Upload and submit completed Parts Check including photo documentation.
  • Communicate approval and release of Cp8 on time.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing, quality, production control, and engineering to provide feedback.
