The In-Home CarePro position at Home Instead involves providing compassionate personal care assistance to clients in their homes. CarePros will work in a supportive team environment with flexible scheduling options, including part-time and full-time shifts, to accommodate their availability.

Responsibilities

• Providing compassionate personal care assistance (bathing, dressing, and grooming).
• Assisting with mobility and transfers.
• Preparing meals and ensuring proper nutrition.
• Offering companionship and emotional support.
• Managing medication reminders and basic healthcare tasks.
• Performing light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe, clean environment.

Requirements

• Prior experience in caregiving or a related field (preferred but not required).
• A warm, caring personality with strong communication skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• CPR and First Aid certification (Provided in office).
