About the position

The Territory Account Manager at BridgePoint Healthcare is responsible for enhancing the hospital's image and achieving budget goals through effective planning, education, and community engagement. This role involves developing referral relations programs, utilizing sales techniques, and coordinating educational materials to support patient care and hospital census goals.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain a positive image through effective planning and community events.
  • Develop and implement referral relations programs with physicians and managed care organizations.
  • Utilize sales techniques such as cold calling and contact planning.
  • Monitor activities through call logs and customer profiling.
  • Coordinate the creation and dissemination of educational materials.
  • Approve or conduct tours/visits to BridgePoint Hospitals to educate guests.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or high school diploma with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in healthcare sales or marketing preferred.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with hospital staff, physicians, and referral sources.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • Experience in critical care, trauma, or specialty settings preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Marketing experience preferred.
