About the position

The Hospitality Desk Manager at New Mexico Sports & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the hospitality desk operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and managing the hiring and training of staff. This role requires a positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. The manager will also handle member issues and perform managerial duties as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the hospitality desk operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  • Hire and train hospitality desk staff.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve member issues.
  • Perform Manager on Duty tasks as required.
  • Maintain organization and efficiency in daily operations.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience in the fitness, spa, hotel, or hospitality industry.
  • CPR Certification.
  • Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office and Point of Sale software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
