About the position

The Hospitality Excellence Manager at Restaurant Associates is responsible for enhancing the guest experience within food and beverage operations. This role focuses on cultivating a guest-centric culture, overseeing a team of food service managers and associates, and ensuring that every guest interaction aligns with the brand's image. The manager will implement strategies to improve service standards, manage the physical space's visual experience, and collaborate with culinary teams to create appealing food offerings.

Responsibilities

• Implement regional strategies to deliver best-in-class hospitality experiences.
• Manage service standards across all food and beverage service areas.
• Oversee merchandising and visual experiences to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Work in partnership with key client groups to understand their needs and develop tailored experiences.
• Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site level while maintaining regional alignment.
• Identify training opportunities and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
• Collaborate with culinary teams to design diverse and appealing menus that cater to various dietary needs.
• Develop and implement new food concepts that enhance user experience.
• Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and introduce innovative ideas.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hotel industry with a focus on guest experiences.
• Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience.
• Strong understanding of hospitality standards and best practices.
• Ability to work independently and bring in key stakeholders as needed.
• Relentless passion for food and beverage with a commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to convey program vision and expectations.
