About the position

The Hospitality Excellence Manager at Restaurant Associates is responsible for transforming food and beverage operations by fostering a guest-centric culture. This role involves overseeing a team of food service managers and associates, ensuring exceptional hospitality, culinary innovation, and digital engagement. The manager will collaborate with various teams to enhance guest experiences and implement strategies that align with the company's brand image.

Responsibilities

  • Implement regional strategies to deliver best-in-class hospitality experiences.
  • Manage service standards across all food and beverage service areas.
  • Create personalized food moments through pop-ups and activations.
  • Oversee the merchandising and visual experience of physical spaces to enhance user experience.
  • Work in partnership with key client groups to understand their needs and develop tailored experiences.
  • Monitor and evaluate hospitality performance at the site level while maintaining regional alignment.
  • Identify training opportunities and implement comprehensive training programs for staff.
  • Collaborate with culinary and catering teams to design appealing and diverse menus.
  • Develop and implement innovative food concepts to enhance user experience.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve existing processes and introduce new ideas.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in the food, beverage, or hotel industry with a focus on guest experiences.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing strategies to improve guest experience.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality standards and best practices.
  • Ability to work independently and bring in key stakeholders as needed.
  • Relentless passion for food and beverage and commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Emotional intelligence and self-awareness regarding team dynamics.
