As a manager at Topgolf, you will supervise the team in providing best-in-class service on a daily basis. Your role will involve coaching and developing the team to drive Associate engagement while upholding operating procedures and service and safety standards, particularly focusing on Guest Satisfaction. You will ensure that all Guest areas are staffed and functioning efficiently, delegate tasks, and demonstrate Topgolf’s Core Values: Fun, One Team, Excellence, Edgy Spirit, and Caring. Additionally, you will focus on business metrics to drive performance, maximize profit and revenue, and perform other operational duties as assigned by your manager.
