About The Position

The Hotel Manager at Ft. Lauderdale Marriott Harbor Beach Resort & Spa serves as the strategic business leader of property operations, acting as General Manager in their absence. Requirements

• Strong functional expertise in hotel management and operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead property operations and act as General Manager in absence.

• Identify operational challenges and develop solutions to improve performance.
• Coach operations team to manage occupancy, rates, and expenses effectively.
• Establish a vision for product and service delivery on property.
• Conduct annual performance appraisals with direct reports.
