As a Benefits Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and maintaining employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing support to our HR team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with various laws and regulations. You will utilize our HRIS system, specifically Dayforce, along with benefit carrier portals to facilitate employee benefit enrollments throughout the year, including during the open enrollment period. Additionally, you will manage leave programs in coordination with a third-party leave administrator and assist with workers' compensation administration. Your strong communication and interpersonal skills will be essential in providing excellent customer service to our employees regarding their benefits.
