About The Position

The HR Manager/Business Partner at Gensler's Denver office will play a crucial role in supporting over 80 employees by providing comprehensive human resource services. This position involves collaborating with leadership to design and implement strategic HR initiatives in a dynamic and creative environment, ensuring effective management of the employee lifecycle and enhancing organizational performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Human Resources experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field required.
• PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with all levels of management.
• Experience with HRIS, preferably Workday.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Partner with office leadership and studio leaders to address employee matters, including investigations.
• Support the full lifecycle of employees from onboarding to retirement, including managing leaves of absence and payroll issues.
• Educate employees about benefit programs and coordinate with the firm-wide benefits team.
• Develop work plans and implement yearly programs such as open enrollment and professional development plans.
• Facilitate global mobility for employees, including transfers, relocations, and visa requests.
• Manage applicant flow for open positions, including candidate communication and interview scheduling.
• Maintain HRIS data, perform audits, and generate reports.
• Assist in developing performance management tools and formalizing succession planning.
• Oversee the summer intern program.
