About the position

The HR Manager & Recruiter will lead and manage all human resource functions within United Debt Settlement, LLC. This role focuses on overseeing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The HR Manager will collaborate with leadership to foster a positive workplace culture and support employee development while managing day-to-day HR operations.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes for all team members.
  • Educate employees on company benefits and ensure proper implementation.
  • Oversee human resource functions to ensure compliance with state and federal laws.
  • Recruit talent across multiple departments and divisions.
  • Serve as a liaison between the company and agents to foster a positive culture, enhance communication, and promote collaboration.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.
  • At least 2 years of experience with payroll processing.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take initiative on key tasks.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
