About the position

DHL Supply Chain is seeking an HR Manager who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about providing strategic counsel and advisory services to leaders on business and people-related issues. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service to business leaders at distribution centers and regional offices across the country. You will be part of a fast-paced environment, dedicated to creating and developing superior customer relationships, and you must be sharp and on your game every day. In this role, you will partner with business leaders to proactively identify and solve HR-related issues. You will lead a team that provides full life-cycle Human Resources support, working closely with management to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy. A hands-on approach is essential as you monitor employee engagement and provide coaching to associates at all levels. You will also manage the people impacts of organizational change projects, ensuring that your voice is heard in management circles and that results are delivered effectively. This position is not just about managing HR functions; it is about being a pivotal part of the business and contributing to its success.

Responsibilities

  • Partner to proactively identify and solve HR-related issues.
  • Lead a team providing full life-cycle Human Resources support.
  • Work closely with business leaders to evolve and embed the people element of the business strategy.
  • Monitor employee engagement and provide coaching to associates at all levels.
  • Manage the people impacts of organizational change projects.
  • Ensure that your voice is heard in management circles.
  • Deliver results effectively.

Requirements

  • High School education or GED required.
  • BS/BA degree in Human Resources or related field or minimum of seven years HR experience preferred.
  • Master's degree in Human Resources or other related field preferred.
  • PHR/SPHR SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP certification preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR with exposure to all major functional areas of HR required.
  • Previous experience partnering with senior management preferred.
  • Proven experience of leading deployment of organizational change preferred.

Nice-to-haves

  • Bilingual (English & Spanish) a plus.
  • Ability to travel within the DFW Metroplex.
