About The Position
This position, through a focus on customer experience and service, is accountable for the successful resolution of all candidate, employee, and HR requests using Dentsply Sirona's HRIS platforms (Case Management system, SAP/Connections, and Payroll); answering calls, chats, or emails in an operations center environment. The role involves developing a firm understanding of Dentsply Sirona businesses, coordinating the new hire process, providing front line customer service for candidates during background checks and onboarding, and maintaining data in the HRIS system. The analyst will also support offboarding processes, troubleshoot payroll system issues, and ensure the HR Portal Service queue is maintained and up to date.
