About the position

Coordinates the pre-employment process (including but not limited to: background searches, drug testing, and MVRs) and enters applicant information into the HR Systems. Assists HR team with various projects as time allows. Compiles and maintains electronic personnel records by performing the following duties.

Responsibilities

  • Collect pre-employment information, verify for accuracy and completeness, track information utilizing HR/Payroll databases and process via input into vendor systems
  • Compile results from pre-employment screening tests and communicate information to appropriate field personnel
  • Collect and track pre-employment applicant data to provide information to authorized company personnel
  • Maintain accuracy of HR information systems and databases
  • Maintain pre-employment aspects of the employee files for designated locations
  • Audit pre-employment files for all companies and report compliance to appropriate company personnel (bi-weekly and quarterly basis)
  • Prepare files for scanning into electronic database and index scanned files
  • Set-up of drug testing sites for new locations, coordinating information with vendor and appropriate field personnel
  • Explain pre-employment process to appropriate field personnel as needed
  • Answer questions regarding pre-employment testing results with appropriate field personnel
  • Assist with administration of annual and semi-annual MVR audits for appropriate locations dependent on customer contract specifications
  • Assist benefits with monthly audits as time allows
  • Assist HR team as requested on various projects and tasks
  • Other duties may be assigned
