About The Position

The HR Business Partner (HRBP) Senior role at Graphic Packaging International involves leading employee relations, staffing, compliance, and internal communications within the manufacturing sector. This position serves as a critical link between HR and operational leaders, ensuring alignment between HR practices and business strategies. The HRBP will manage employee relations issues, oversee staffing processes, maintain employee records, ensure compliance with employment laws, and support HR initiatives that foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of manufacturing Human Resources experience.
  • Experience with Human Capital operating systems, preferably SAP HCM.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as SuccessFactors.
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in MS Office Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with multiple tasks.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field.
  • SHRM-CP certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead employee relations issues with plant management to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Administer company policies and ensure consistent application across the organization.
  • Direct the collection and preparation of routine and special human resource reports.
  • Assist employees and supervisors in resolving work-related problems through effective remediation techniques.
  • Lead internal investigations related to employee complaints and grievances.
  • Manage the internal job posting process and review applications for proper placement of internal candidates.
  • Source and interview qualified candidates for open positions, coaching managers on selection processes.
  • Oversee the off-boarding process and prepare termination paperwork.
  • Conduct audits of employment law postings and maintain compliance with EEO regulations.
  • Act as a link between HR and people leaders to integrate business strategy with HR practices.
