About the position

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating clear and concise technical documents that support the Environmental Management System and the Operations Excellence Performance System (OEPS). The Technical Writer will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather information, ensure accuracy, and maintain compliance with industry standards. The position demands a proactive approach to identifying documentation needs and implementing solutions that enhance operational efficiency and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical writing, particularly within the HSSE domain, and will be expected to produce high-quality materials that meet the needs of both internal and external audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain technical documentation for HSSE programs.
• Create user manuals, training materials, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure accuracy.

Requirements

• 8 years of experience in technical writing.
• 5 years of experience in Health, Safety, Security & Environment (HSSE).
• Proficiency in creating clear and concise documentation.
• Strong understanding of HSSE principles and practices.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with Environmental Management Systems.
• Familiarity with Operations Excellence Performance Systems (OEPS).
