About the position

Premier Community Supports provides the highest quality of person-centered support for in-home and community-based services. The Human Resources Administrator is responsible for creating and maintaining employee accounts in Premier’s internal software systems, ensuring that all onboarding tasks are complete and accurate, and managing various administrative tasks related to employee documentation and compliance. This role requires a commitment to ethical standards, punctuality, and effective communication with staff and individuals served.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain employee accounts in Premier’s internal software systems.
  • Ensure all onboarding tasks are complete and accurate.
  • Update expiring documents and certifications such as CPR/First Aid, Auto Insurance, and Driver’s License.
  • Finalize DSP separations.
  • Initiate background checks and update the system with hire or termination dates and 2-year background rechecks.
  • Perform additional tasks/projects as assigned.

Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of working with the I/DD community preferred.
  • Experience in the Human Resources field preferred.
  • High School diploma, GED or equivalent.
  • Valid driver license, car insurance, and reliable transportation required.

Nice-to-haves

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills using tact, courtesy and cooperativeness.
  • Effective conflict resolution skills, problem solving skills, deductive reasoning and leadership skills.
  • Computer experience with Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to perform basic math functions.
  • Ability to travel locally.
