AAM is looking for a Human Resources College Co-Op to support our team in Auburn Hills, Michigan! As a Human Resources College Co-op, you will be responsible for creating, updating, and applying all HR policies and company guidelines. You will provide daily support to the HR and leadership team while you learn and grow in the role. This position has administrative tasks as well as entry level strategy aspects. The focus for this role will be heavily involved in creating the 'employee experience'. There will also be a large focus to create and refine special HR projects or initiatives.
