About The Position

Requirements

  • Possession of a bachelor's degree in any major.
  • One year of professional experience in planning, developing, conducting, or evaluating staff development or training programs equivalent to a Human Resources Developer.
  • Two years of professional experience in relevant fields, including one year equivalent to a Human Resources Developer 10.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in public health or human resources.
  • Familiarity with the Deaf Person's Interpreter Act and related regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, develop, conduct, and evaluate internal and external trainings related to the qualified interpreter program.
  • Manage external communications with qualified interpreters and stakeholders.
  • Ensure the qualified interpreter web pages are current and informative.
  • Research and evaluate regulations, laws, and administrative rules.
  • Provide suggested revisions to the section manager and division director regarding compliance with laws and regulations.
