About The Position

The Human Resources Manager for E-Commerce at Fanatics, Inc. serves as a strategic business partner to the leadership team, focusing on day-to-day operations and peak season planning. This role is responsible for influencing HR strategy, managing the HR team, ensuring policy consistency, and supporting various HR functions such as recruiting and employee development. The manager will also conduct investigations into employee concerns, maintain compliance with HR laws, and foster a positive work environment aligned with the company's core values.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • 8 years of experience in Human Resources, with knowledge of employee relations, recruiting, performance management, training and development, and total rewards.
  • 3 years of experience in leading teams and coaching leaders.
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with employees at all levels.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills for addressing employee issues and improving HR processes.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Familiarity with HRIS software and tools, preferably Oracle.
  • Ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Understanding of diversity and inclusion practices to foster a positive work environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic business partner to the leadership team in daily operations and peak season planning.
  • Influence HR strategy and execute tactical direction for the facility within the overall HR strategy.
  • Manage and support the growth and development of the HR team at the site.
  • Ensure internal consistency of HR policies and procedures across locations.
  • Partner with Recruiting, Compensation, L&D, and Benefits teams to support operations.
  • Conduct investigations into employee performance concerns and complaints.
  • Maintain knowledge of HR policies, laws, and industry trends to ensure accurate communication.
  • Oversee high-volume recruiting and onboarding during peak business operations.
  • Create and implement recognition programs to enhance engagement for non-exempt employees.
  • Foster a work environment that reflects Fanatics Core Values.
  • Ensure integrity and confidentiality of personnel records in compliance with laws.
  • Improve HR service delivery in line with business performance expectations.
  • Innovate HR delivery systems (people, process, technology).
  • Manage HR functions with measurable objectives and communicate their impact to the business.
  • Establish and maintain professional relationships with all levels of management and employees.
  • Monitor legal developments to ensure compliance of personnel programs and policies.
  • Communicate program changes to local teams to ensure compliance with policies and laws.
  • Prepare and conduct training and development activities for employee relations and management training.
  • Monitor employment transactions and recommend strategies for minimizing under-utilization.
