About the position

We are seeking an HR Manager with several years of leadership experience to oversee and manage the comprehensive Human Resources program at Advanced Call Center Technologies. This role involves planning, organizing, and managing various functional areas including electronic onboarding, benefits administration, training and development, and employee relations. The HR Manager will serve as a liaison between Operational Management and employees, ensuring compliance with company policies as well as state and federal laws. The HR Manager will direct, oversee, and coordinate the Human Resource Department, ensuring adherence to all policies, procedures, and regulations. This includes providing counsel on company policies and personnel matters, identifying legal requirements, and ensuring that all HR functions comply with government reporting regulations. The HR Manager will maintain records of personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, and terminations, and will monitor and administer paid time off plans, leave of absence, and sick programs. Additionally, the HR Manager will conduct investigations for all employment matters, including Workman Compensation cases. Training is a key component of this role, as the HR Manager will conduct management training in areas such as interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, sexual harassment, and employee relations. The HR Manager will also plan and conduct new employee orientations to foster a positive attitude toward company goals. Furthermore, the HR Manager will administer the performance review program to ensure its effectiveness, compliance, and equity within the organization. The HR Manager will prepare employee separation notices and related documentation, conduct exit interviews, and analyze attrition data to develop strategic plans aimed at reducing turnover and absenteeism. Representing the organization at personnel-related hearings and investigations is also a critical responsibility. The HR Manager will administer and maintain unemployment responses in compliance with state law, demonstrating knowledge of EEO policies and promoting a harassment-free environment.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university (Human Resources concentration preferred).
  • More than five years of related Human Resources experience, with emphasis on leadership and employee relations.
  • Knowledge of HRIS platforms.
  • Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
