About the position
The Human Resources Manager at Hawaiian Paradise Coffee is responsible for overseeing all HR functions, fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring compliance with employment laws, and managing employee relations. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including interviewing candidates and facilitating onboarding.
- Oversee employee evaluation processes to ensure performance management aligns with company goals.
- Ensure compliance with employment labor laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Supervise payroll processes, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Maintain and manage HRIS (Human Resource Information System) for efficient data management.
- Provide guidance on employee relations issues, fostering a positive work environment through effective conflict resolution.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop workforce planning strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, demonstrating proficiency in human capital management.
- Familiarity with HR software such as Workday, Paylocity, or ADP is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of employment labor law and regulations to ensure compliance across all HR functions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization.
- Experience in supervising teams and leading HR initiatives that drive organizational success.
Nice-to-haves
