About The Position

Requirements

• Master's degree required; Ph.D. in Human Sciences, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Family Life Education preferred.
• Professional or academic experience in the coursework needing teaching or supervision support.
• Student-Centered (Constructivist) teaching philosophy.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity and the ability to communicate and positively engage students and colleagues across racial, gender, and cultural barriers.
• Active member of a local church.

Responsibilities

• Set up a course in Blackboard.
• Modify and post the course syllabus.
• Teach courses.
• Grade student work and provide feedback. Post final grades.
• Regularly communicate with students.
• Conduct supervision appointments, including individual or group supervision and attending supervisor during clinic nights.
