The HVAC Plumbing & Construction Partnership position offers a unique opportunity for experienced professionals to join a well-established company in Santa Cruz County. Responsibilities

  • Manage HVAC installations including furnaces, AC units, mini splits, gas piping, and related accessories.
  • Lead and develop apprentice technicians into journeymen.
  • Oversee the installation and service of clean water filtration systems and backflow prevention.
  • Coordinate with plumbing division for water conservation and gray water systems.
  • Lead carpentry projects including kitchen, bath, framing, and siding work.
  • Assist in developing other plumbers to take on leadership roles.
  • Run the ductwork division and train team members for advancement.
  • Conduct HVAC tune-ups and indoor air quality maintenance services.
  • Install and service water heaters and heat pumps.
  • Finish sheetrock and taper as needed.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HVAC or related fields for lead positions.
  • 2 years of continuous experience for apprentice positions with no gaps in employment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
