Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to customers to solve building inefficiencies.
• Act as a trusted advisor by providing solutions and outcomes at the time of service.
• Make recommendations to ensure facilities are running efficiently, including upselling opportunities.
• Provide quotes to support recommendations and solutions.

Requirements

• Must be a member or willing to join the local Union.
• Minimum of 3 years of practical working experience on air-cooled or water-cooled machines.
• Strong HVAC/mechanical troubleshooting experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair knowledge of Centrifugal Chillers of all makes and models.
• Attention to detail through interpersonal, digital, and written skills.
• Self-starter with a passion/desire to learn and apply on the job.
• Prioritize safety in all forms.
• Universal EPA refrigerants license and applicable state or local licensing.
• Valid driver's license.
