Responsibilities

  • Assist Commercial Account Managers with various service requests, including customer service calls and emails for endorsements, claim reporting, billing questions, audits, certificates, cancellations, and reinstatements.
  • Assist with renewals by obtaining renewal requirements from the carrier/broker, creating draft renewal presentations, and entering WC submissions online with carriers for marketing.
  • Policy checking of WC policies using EPIC policy check feature.
  • Issue certificates/EPIs through EPIC and CSR24 as needed.
  • Obtain quotes for limit increases and AI forms when needed for certificates.
  • Enter claims in EPIC, submit to the carrier, follow up/document file & set to AM per instructions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma
  • Valid California Property/Casualty license
  • Strong typing skills
  • Experience with EPIC Agency Management System
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Company Online Rating/Service Sites
