Your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough inspections of properties, ensuring that all client requirements are met with precision and professionalism. The inspection process involves a detailed walk-through observation of properties, conducting interviews with the insured or contact person, and gathering necessary documentation, including photographs and diagrams of the buildings. You will be required to complete comprehensive loss control inspection reports using established protocols and procedures, ensuring that all findings are accurately documented and submitted within a 14-day timeframe via our online portal. This position offers flexibility in hours, allowing you to schedule inspections during regular business hours from Monday to Friday, with no fieldwork permitted on Sundays. Compensation is based on a flat rate per inspection, ranging from $45 to $75, with the potential for higher rates on a case-by-case basis for inspections outside your assigned area.
