About The Position

The IBCS Software Program Integrator will support the Integrated Fires Mission Command (IFMC) Project Office, focusing on the Army Integrated Air Missile Defense (AIAMD) system portfolio. This role involves coordinating software product requirements, managing contracts, budgets, and technical solutions, and ensuring seamless integration of various defense systems. The position is located at Redstone Arsenal, Alabama, and requires a proactive individual with a strong background in software management and defense systems.

Requirements

  • An active SECRET security clearance and the ability to maintain it.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or significant applicable experience.
  • 10+ years of applicable experience in business, financial, contract, and software management activities.
  • Strong understanding of AIAMD systems.
  • Good communication and people skills, with the ability to handle various tasks in a team environment.
  • Ability to research data, analyze information, synthesize options, and make sound recommendations.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Willingness to travel when required.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous Army acquisition product or program management experience.
  • Experience with Army Air and Missile Defense Command and Control systems such as IBCS, Patriot, FAAD C2, Sentinel, LTAMDS, and Indirect Fire Protection Capability.
  • Experience managing contractual deliverables.
  • Experience with Atlassian software management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).

Responsibilities

  • Support Mission Command Product Office leadership on business, financial, contract, logistics, and technical management activities.
  • Coordinate with PMO contracts, budget, acquisition, and systems engineering teams for development of cost estimates and contract requirement packages.
  • Assist the APM with planning and execution of budget, manage Comprehensive Cost and Requirement (CCaR) and Management Acquisition Reporting (MAR) funding reports.
  • Support development of written and verbal products for internal/external organizations, including weekly Situation Reports and updates to the Integrated Master Schedule.
  • Manage and track IBCS hardware/firmware/software baseline and ensure integration with fielded units and test sites.
  • Codify user requirements and capability needs, track need dates, and linkages to JIRA tickets.
  • Work with Solution Architect and Integration Director to develop and manage the program's roadmap.
  • Provide periodic reviews to determine project status and identify risk mitigation approaches.
  • Coordinate IPTs, meetings, and working groups, and develop briefings and action items.
  • Represent the Mission Command Product Office leadership in the absence of the government leader.
  • Coordinate domestic and foreign disclosure staffing requests for related products.
  • Develop and maintain historical archives for reference and institutional knowledge.
