About The Position

The ICBM Sentinel Deployment Program Manager at BAE Systems is responsible for overseeing the transition and deployment activities from the Minuteman III to the Sentinel ICBM program. This role involves managing complex technical challenges and ensuring effective collaboration among various stakeholders to meet the program's strategic goals. The position requires a deep understanding of ICBM systems and the ability to facilitate communication and documentation for the program's success.

Requirements

  • 10 years of experience in direct Program Management (8 years with a master's degree).
  • ICBM Maintenance or Operations Experience.
  • Experience in a collaborative, multi-discipline engineering team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Active Secret (or higher) security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Business, Management, Technical or Construction field.
  • Active Top Secret clearance & SCI Eligible.
  • Understanding of comprehensive logistics & management activities.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
  • Recent (within 5 years) ICBM experience.
  • DoD Acquisitions experience.
  • Held positions at the Numbered Air Force, Major Command, or Headquarters Air Force levels.

Responsibilities

  • Support the Sentinel Government and Support Contract team in document creation, review, and assessment.
  • Conduct deployment modeling analysis and various tasks related to the transition from Minuteman III to Sentinel.
  • Facilitate and execute internal and external meetings to support the program.
  • Represent Transition and Deployment in working groups with government customers and outside agencies.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of content in programmatic and technical briefings, reports, and documentation.
