The University of Kentucky Healthcare (UKHC) is seeking an Identity and Access Management (IAM) Programmer III to join their Information Technology department. This full-time position is based in Lexington, KY, and offers a salary range of $62,400 to $111,634 per year. The IAM Programmer III will be responsible for providing support and development for all IAM processes, leveraging enterprise products and technologies to automate and validate access to data and systems, and responding appropriately to customer requests. This role requires a strong understanding of identity and access management principles, as well as the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree and have at least five years of related experience, including supervisory experience. They should also hold an ITIL v.3 or 2011 Foundation certification, which must be obtained within one year of hire. The position involves regular interaction with computing hardware and software development, requiring a solid foundation in automation concepts and software development methodologies. The IAM Programmer III will work Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, with the possibility of weekends, on-call hours, and holidays as needed based on business requirements. In addition to technical skills, the candidate should demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as strong customer service abilities, critical thinking, and troubleshooting skills.
