About The Position

The Implementation Specialist III at TRC Companies, Inc. is responsible for managing a large demand response program in Oklahoma City and its surrounding areas. This role involves facilitating program outreach, managing the enrollment process, and providing customer support throughout the demand response events. The specialist will communicate with Trade Allies and customers to gather information, manage project phases, and ensure timely processing of inquiries and incentive payments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• 5 years of applicable work experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office product suite
• Experience with processing complex projects as a project coordinator or manager
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Attention to detail for project submittals
• Experience with a CRM system to manage data and create reports
• Excellent time management skills

Nice To Haves

• Professional working proficiency or higher in Spanish
• Experience promoting process optimization and automation
• Familiarity with Oklahoma demand side management landscape and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects through their entire lifecycle in various stages.
• Support customers and Trade Allies in completing and submitting required paperwork and documentation.
• Review incoming project submittals to determine eligibility and request missing information.
• Provide outstanding customer service with excellent communication skills.
• Utilize a MS Dynamics CRM tracking system daily.
• Support cross-functional teams through reporting, research, and training.
• Respond to inquiries received through program inbox and call center with excellent communication.
• Process inquiries and incentive payments in a timely manner.
• Facilitate lessons learned and process improvement meetings among stakeholders.
