About the position
As an Entry Level Field Technician with MasTec Advanced Technologies, you will assist customers with their technology needs by ensuring proper setup and providing exceptional service. This role includes a training period where you will earn $18 per hour, with opportunities for advancement and performance-based incentives once fully employed.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site technical support for computer networking and telecommunication systems.
- Assist with field service tasks such as installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Utilize hand tools and equipment for service technician duties.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service skills while interacting with clients.
- Drive to various locations to fulfill job requirements.
- Learn and adapt to new technologies and procedures as needed.
Requirements
