About the position

The Inbound Account Executive at Phorest is a full sales cycle role focused on managing inbound leads, creating opportunities, and closing deals within the beauty industry. This position is crucial for driving new business growth and success, requiring excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the sales process to help salons thrive.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the entire sales process from lead qualification to closing deals.
  • Respond promptly to inbound leads and qualify them based on their needs.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by nurturing leads through the sales cycle.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations tailored to prospective clients.
  • Provide tailored recommendations to address the unique challenges of salon clients.
  • Cultivate strong, trust-based relationships with prospective clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and product teams for seamless customer experience post-sale.
  • Use Salesforce to track and manage leads, opportunities, and communications.
  • Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales goals.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a full sales cycle role, preferably in SaaS or the beauty/hair industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets with a consultative sales approach.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to quickly understand software solutions and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple leads and opportunities.
  • Passion for helping businesses succeed and delivering exceptional customer experience.
  • Experience using CRM systems like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a strong sense of accountability.
