Responsibilities

  • Prospect and lead generation by identifying potential customers in assigned territories.
  • Engage and educate customers about the benefits of Optimum's telecom services.
  • Craft customized telecom packages based on customer needs.
  • Stay updated on product offerings, pricing plans, and technological advancements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations and address customer concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements effectively.
  • Complete all necessary paperwork and sales reports accurately.
  • Provide exceptional post-sales support to build lasting customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective sales goals.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas.
  • Adhere to company policies and industry regulations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent is necessary.
  • A minimum of one year of previous contact center selling experience.
  • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
  • Reliable personal vehicle, valid driver license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
  • Ability to work full time and weekends as necessary.
