About the position

The Incentive Compensation Consultant will manage and execute the administration of a sales incentive program for a retail industry leader. This role is crucial for calculating incentive payouts, ensuring compliance with program guidelines, and collaborating with various departments to communicate incentive details and resolve any issues.

Responsibilities

  • Calculate incentive compensation for sales teams using MS Excel, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with guidelines.
  • Perform data analysis and audits to identify discrepancies and validate payments before processing.
  • Collaborate with HR, Sales, and Finance teams to communicate incentive details and address any calculation issues.
  • Utilize Workday for reporting and compensation administration.

Requirements

  • 2-3+ years of experience in compensation administration or a similar role.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Excel for data analysis and manual reporting.
  • Experience with Workday or ADP is a plus.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with ADP is a plus.
