About the position

We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and troubleshooting electronic components and systems. You will play a crucial part in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Assemble electronic components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Conduct testing and troubleshooting of PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) to ensure functionality.
• Utilize mechanical knowledge to assist in the design and improvement of electronic systems.
• Implement test automation processes to enhance efficiency in product testing.
• Collect data during testing phases for analysis and quality control purposes.
• Analyze test results and provide feedback for product improvements.
• Work with surface mount technology (SMT) components, ensuring proper handling and assembly techniques.
• Use precision tools such as micrometers for accurate measurements during assembly and testing processes.
• Perform soldering tasks with a focus on quality and precision.

Requirements

• Proven experience in electronics assembly or a related field.
• Familiarity with PCB design and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong mechanical knowledge that complements electronic skills.
• Experience with test automation tools or methodologies is a plus.
• Proficiency in data collection methods related to electronics testing and quality control processes.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
