About the position

As the Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the execution of influencer marketing campaigns focused on creator and affiliate strategies. You will work closely with the Influencer Marketing Manager(s) and Senior Manager to understand campaign plans and then develop and deliver the tactical details. You are a key collaborator and liaison to internal business partners and external creator partners. You must be excellent at project and task management, have strong attention to detail and organization, and be a clear and consistent communicator. This role is hybrid, which means you will be required to work some days on-site at the Best Buy location listed on this posting and some days virtually from home or another non-Best Buy location. The specific work arrangements vary by role and team. The recruiter or hiring manager will provide more details during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Support all aspects of influencer and creator campaigns, including campaign briefings, managing campaign incentives, vetting/approving influencers and coordinating content.
  • Execute strategies to recruit, onboard, and manage a network of creators aligned with brand values and goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and agencies.
  • Manage creator and influencer relationships, building connections to foster loyalty and advocacy while providing support and guidance.
  • Lead data collection and reporting, using our influencer campaign tools to track performance and provide actionable insights.
  • Track and monitor content compliance to ensure legal, ethical standards and brand policies are upheld.
  • Support workflows within affiliate systems, ensuring accurate tracking, reporting, and timely commission payments.
  • Assist the Manager(s) and Senior Manager with various aspects of campaign execution, contributing to overall program success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-2 years related experience working directly with digital/influencer/affiliate marketing

  • Experience with social media platforms: TikTok, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), YouTube
  • Experience with enterprise influencer, affiliate and marketing software tools
