As a Product Owner for our ServiceNow IT Operations Management (ITOM) platform, you will play a crucial role in leading the development and configuration of this platform. Your primary responsibility will be to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including IT, business units, and external partners, to gather requirements and ensure that the product vision is well understood and executed. In this role, you will manage the product backlog, creating, prioritizing, and maintaining it to reflect the product roadmap and stakeholder requirements. You will lead the development team in the design, development, and configuration of ServiceNow ITOM modules, ensuring that all deliverables meet high-quality standards. Facilitating sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives will be part of your responsibilities to ensure efficient and effective development cycles. You will also be responsible for writing clear and concise user stories and acceptance criteria, collaborating with QA teams to ensure thorough testing and validation of new features and configurations.
