About the position

The Infrastructure & Capital Projects - Kahua/Procore Consultant role at Accenture involves supporting digital transformation initiatives for capital projects, engineering, and manufacturing across various industries. The consultant will leverage their expertise in project management and control systems to help clients adopt new digital processes and tools, ensuring effective project delivery and value creation. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams to achieve bottom-line results.

Responsibilities

• Support strategies for growth and value creation within Industry X.
• Become a champion of Industry X integrated workforce solutions, tools, and platforms.
• Help clients adopt new digital processes and tools and infuse project controls best practices.
• Gain experience with Accenture's ecosystem partners.
• Work within engagement teams to build strategies, capabilities, systems, and processes needed for project delivery.
• Break down processes into logical components and construct clear reasoning and analyses.
• Translate strategic initiatives and concepts into business solutions.
• Interface between Engineering, Project Controls, Project Management, Procurement and Contracts, Construction, and client stakeholders.
• Translate quantitative data into actionable recommendations.
• Maintain a flexible travel schedule based on client expectations.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of practical Project Control and Management Systems implementation experience on Capital Projects, specifically for Kahua or Procore.
• Minimum 2 years experience with Project Control and Management system work processes including governance, cost, contract, and schedule functional areas.
• Minimum 2 years experience in gathering, interpreting, and translating business and system requirements into industry standard process and system designs.
• Minimum 2 years experience in planning and leading System Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing for Project Control and Management system implementations.

Nice-to-haves

• Consulting and/or field experience in engineering, project management, or project controls.
• Bachelor's Degree in a business, engineering, construction, data analytics, or technology related field.
• Experience in systems integration and data conversion activities as part of a Project Control and Management systems implementation.
• Experience in leading end-to-end planning and delivery of Project Control and Management systems implementations.
• Experience in industries such as 5G/Telecomm/Network design/buildout, Life Sciences, Renewables/Hydrogen, Utilities, Discrete Manufacturing, Public Sector, and Transportation.
• Proficient knowledge of Project Controls environment and related software including Microsoft applications, Oracle Construction and Engineering Suite, Hexagon Ecosys PPM, E-Builder, Procore, Kahua, PowerBI, and Tableau.
