Infrastructure Devops Engineer

About the position

Actalent is looking for a full-time DevOps Engineer to support our client, a leading DoD organization, onsite in King of Prussia, PA OR Aurora, CO. Our ideal candidate is an Infrastructure/DevOps Engineer who is a hard-charging self-starter, able to join a team and start producing quickly. You should have a strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code (IaC), containerization, automated testing, and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Deploy and troubleshoot in Cloud Environments, preferably AWS
• Manage Kubernetes clusters and containerization
• Utilize automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Deploy software to Kubernetes using Helm charts
• Work with Linux systems, Terraform, Ansible, and other automation tools
• Ensure effective cross-organizational communication and collaboration
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Implement automated testing and deployment processes

Requirements

• 3+ years of DevOps experience
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Experience with CI/CD processes
• Knowledge of automated testing and deployment pipelines
• Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization
• Proficiency with AWS Cloud services
• Experience with automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
• Working knowledge of Scrum and Agile Software Development Methodology
