About the position

The Legal Intake Agent serves as the first point of contact for potential new clients, assessing their eligibility to participate in mass lawsuits. This role involves conducting thorough inquiries and transferring qualified leads to closers, all while maintaining a professional demeanor and instilling trust over the phone. The position offers a competitive hourly wage plus commission, with opportunities for growth in a rapidly expanding company.

Responsibilities

• Make a high number of potential new client phone calls to warm (opt-in) leads.
• Direct initial engagement by providing appropriate resources based on the client's needs and qualifying criteria.
• Communicate with the director and support staff about the facts of each potential case.
• Send and receive intake documents, ensuring attention to detail due to the legally sensitive nature of the files.

Requirements

• 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar intake role, sales, or call center environment.
• Superb oral and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask effectively.
• Knowledge of data entry procedures.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in inside sales for at least 1 year.
