The Inside Sales Representative position at 220 Marketing is a remote role focused on business development and sales. Representatives will initially work as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and will have the opportunity to earn commissions while training. Responsibilities
- Prospect and close business as a Sales Consultant after training.
- Participate in extensive training on various marketing solutions including social media, SEO, and traditional marketing.
- Shadow and learn from successful sales and marketing consultants.
- Take over more of the sales process as skills and product knowledge grow.
- Train and mentor new BDRs as you advance in your role.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- High desire to make money and be organized.
- Motivated and looking for a career path.
- Highly coachable with a positive attitude.
Nice-to-haves
- Experience in mortgage, real estate, or insurance industries.
- Familiarity with advanced online marketing tactics.
- Experience in social media marketing for business.
- Previous inside sales or public speaking experience.
