About the position

The Inside Sales Representative position at 220 Marketing is a remote role focused on business development and sales. The role is designed for motivated individuals looking to advance their sales careers, offering extensive training in various internet-based marketing solutions. Representatives will initially work as Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and will have the opportunity to earn commissions while training. The position emphasizes a supportive team environment and provides a clear career path for growth within the company.

Responsibilities

  • Prospect and close business as a Sales Consultant after training.
  • Participate in extensive training on various marketing solutions including social media, SEO, and traditional marketing.
  • Shadow and learn from successful sales and marketing consultants.
  • Take over more of the sales process as skills and product knowledge grow.
  • Train and mentor new BDRs as you advance in your role.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred but not required.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High desire to make money and be organized.
  • Motivated and looking for a career path.
  • Highly coachable with a positive attitude.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in mortgage, real estate, or insurance industries.
  • Familiarity with advanced online marketing tactics.
  • Experience in social media marketing for business.
  • Previous inside sales or public speaking experience.
  • Consultative sales skills.
  • Experience with Google AdWords and/or SEO.
  • B2B sales experience.
